Customer Service Supervisor:
Bachelor or above;
At lease 3 years experience in supervisor level;
Good communication skill;
Able to handle Multi National Marketing, full set of I/E docs., customer service Familiar with worldwide markets;
Good English both in spoken & written & good Mandarin.
Customer Service:
Junior college;
2 years rel.exp. in air or sea freight forwarding or shipping field;
responsible for answering customers enquiry, price quotation, shipment & sales co-ordination;
contact with clients & overseas agents;
Good PC knowledge (Word, Excel, E-mail);
